Service Description

This is a 2-hour in-home consultation centred around bedtime where I take you through your first application of sleep method so that you are fully supported. This is perfect for babies and toddlers who are experiencing sleep difficulties around going to bed. We will go through bath and bedtime routine, new sleep cues and sleep method prior to the bedtime consultation . We will talk through your little one's routine and how to apply your sleep method to aid daytime napping also. • 2-hour home visit • Sleep plan and routine • 10-days of unlimited follow-on support £695
