This comprehensive consultation covers everything from daytime routine to night-time sleep. After you complete a sleep questionnaire, I’ll be ready to begin supporting you and your little one. Designed for children aged 4 months to 6 years, this package includes everything you need to understand your child’s sleep and how to confidently settle them. I will guide you through the science of sleep, explain sleep cycles, and show you how to create the ideal sleep environment. Together, we’ll walk through the practical steps of preparing your child for sleep—covering sleep cues, nap routines, bedtime settling, and overnight support. I will also outline a developmentally appropriate sleep method, helping you choose an approach that aligns with your family’s needs and parenting style. This package includes a personalised sleep plan and two weeks of follow-on support.
